What is an active proposal?

An active proposal is any proposal that has a ‘Pending’ status. Draft, Approved, Declined or Archived proposals do not count towards your ‘active’ total.

Who is considered a team member?

A team member is an additional user on your account. The account owner can provide access for team members to create, edit or send proposals. Each team member has their own unique login credentials.

What is unlimited support?

Unlimited support is exactly that. You can contact us whenever you like, as many times as you like. All support requests are submitted through the ‘Help’ section, which you can access through your account. We will then respond to you directly via email.

What is priority support?

Priority support means you jump the queue. We’ll be answering your support requests as a matter of priority. All support requests are submitted through the ‘Help’ section, which you can access through your account. We will then respond to you directly via email.

When can I change plans?

You can change your plan at any time! If you are billed annually, we will happily credit the remaining balance towards your new plan. Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade plans with annual billing until they are due for renewal.

What if I reach my plan’s limits?

Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when you are approaching the limit. You can then decide either to review your usage or upgrade your plan. If you need assistance, are always happy to help.
